C. Graham Martin, Attorney at Law

C. Graham Martin comes from a family of lawyers. He started practicing with his father Cordell H. Martin when he graduated law school. For over thirty years, he has represented injured clients in virtually every courtroom in eastern and central Kentucky, and on occasion, far western Kentucky. He has held public office as a district judge for Knott and Magoffin Counties, and has been the Commonwealth’s Attorney since 2000 for those same counties. Graham limits his practice to auto accidents, products liability, worker’s compensation, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
